Hi, I’ve been a professional massage practitioner for over 20 years. I’ve trained in a variety of massage and bodywork techniques. I keep up to date with the latest developments in the field. I’ve a great deal of experience to draw upon, so I can provide a personalized service that gets great results.

I love what I do and find relieving my clients’ mental and physical tension rewarding. It’s also very interesting, as every client is different. Even working with the same person over many sessions, their needs and priorities evolve. I listen to my clients and aim to improve their quality of life.

Massage benefits everyone, regardless of their age, fitness, injuries, sports, hobbies or job. I’ve worked with runners, cyclists, manual laborers, office workers, pregnant women, new mothers, active retired people, weightlifters, athletes, climbers and skiers.

I’m happy to suggest which type of massage will be most effective for you. We’ll go through a full health consultation and discuss your priorities before the session begins. I’ll adapt the pressure so it’s just right. Tell me if your knees are ticklish, if you love scalp massage, or if you can’t stand your feet being touched. I’ll make sure you’re comfortable throughout your massage.

The ultimate goal of every massage is relaxation. I can also release tension from tight muscles, and improve your digestion and sleep. Over a few sessions, I can focus on postural imbalances and flexibility. I’ve a proven track record of getting the results my clients hope for.

Please call to discuss your goals or, if you know what type of massage you’d like, go ahead and book online. Gift certificates are also available.

I speak French and English and I’m available to work most days.

I’ve always been active and love the great outdoors. I spent my youth hiking, running, swimming, cycling and riding horses. Yet by the time I was at university my active lifestyle had started to take its toll. I had bouts of serious back pain. Later, while working in an office, the pain was starting to affect my quality of life. I found it hard to do all the activities I loved so much and spending long hours at the computer was uncomfortable.

I sought the help of my doctor and had the good fortune to be referred to an orthopaedic surgeon who was also a complementary therapist. This wonderful doctor used acupuncture and osteopathy to ease my pain. I avoided risky and invasive surgery. I worked on my posture, continued with various complementary therapies and practiced yoga. The whole experience ignited my curiosity. I wanted to learn more about anatomy, physiology and body mechanics.

I retrained as a massage therapist to know my body better and to be able to relieve the discomfort of others. It’s been quite a journey, and my studies have taken me around the UK as well as further afield to Thailand and India.

I’m a member of the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Association (TTYMA) and the French Federation of Traditional Relaxation Massage (FFMTR). I’m fully insured and respect the ethics of my profession.
