What is Swedish massage?
Swedish massage is characterised by its flowing movements. It uses long, fluid strokes combined with techniques such as effleurage, stretching, kneading and tapping.
This classic form of massage combines flowing movements with more focused techniques to create a relaxing and restorative experience. Its rhythm encourages you to slow down and put aside, for a while, the tensions of the day.
The massage is performed using oil, on a heated massage table. Your body remains covered with a sheet throughout the session, with only the area being massaged uncovered.

Who is this massage for?
Swedish massage is particularly well-suited to those who appreciate flowing, rhythmic movements and light to medium pressure. It is a versatile massage that can be performed on the entire body or adapted to focus more time on specific areas.
